In series of Tuesday Talks organized by Boden Law to discuss the effects of COVID-19, we held a webinar on “Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods During COVID-19 Pandemic” on 31 March 2020. İnanç Akalın (Senior Partner, Boden Law) and Sinem Mermer (Partner, Boden Law) analyzed the effects of the latest regulation on the mandatory halt of the periods in Turkish court proceedings and amicable dispute resolution methods. Our panelists shared their study and insights on the available dispute resolution methods that can be utilized by the parties amidst the uncertainties and challenges arisen due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
