Ayşegül is a counsel at Boden Law. She is extensively experienced in project finance, merger and acquisition, joint venture transactions relating to various sectors.
Ayşegül has a unique experience in energy sector. Her expertise in the sector embraces physical and financial commodity trade transactions, drafting and negotiating various types of energy contracts including electricity, LNG and natural gas sale and purchase agreements (retail and wholesale), off-take agreements, management services agreements, portfolio management agreements and tolling agreements. Ayşegül spent two months on secondment to the European Federation of Energy Traders’ (EFET) Brussel offices in January-February 2016, and she is currently assisting EFET in Turkey. Ayşegül has significant experience in negotiating EFET contracts, and her expertise in the commodity trading enables her to take an active role in the development of energy sector through trainings to the clients regarding commodity trade contracts, including EFET contracts.
