10 April 2018: Boden Law held a workshop on “Derivative Transactions in OTC Energy Markets and Legal Aspects” in ISTRADE 2018
Boden Academy held a round-table meeting on “New Trends in Energy Trading” on 6 April 2018. Dr. Jan Haizmann (Managing Director of Correggio Consulting and Chairman of the Legal Committee of European Federation of Energy Traders (EFET)) and Değer Boden (Managing Partner of Boden Law) attended the meeting as speakers. Representatives from reputable energy companies, energy trading companies, energy services companies, energy sector associations and banks attended the round-table meeting. Digital energy trading infrastructures such as Enerchain project, smart contracts and legal aspects, future of OTC markets and EFET contracts, MiFID II, a need for a standard contract for gas trading in Turkish market were among the topics discussed in the meeting.
